This Privacy Policy describes how Sleep & Focus Saunds ("we", "us", "our", or "the App") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application available on Android. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.

The App does not require user registration, login, or account creation. All user preferences, including sound selections, volume settings, timer configurations, and unlock states, are stored exclusively on your device using local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Please note that opting out does not eliminate ads — it only prevents ads from being personalized based on your interests. You will continue to see non-personalized advertisements.
The App requests the following Android permissions, each with a specific and limited purpose:

No permissions are used for tracking, surveillance, or accessing personal files. All permissions are essential for core App functionality and ad delivery.
Since we do not collect any personal data, we do not retain, store, or maintain any user data on our servers. We do not operate servers or databases that store user information.
Local preferences stored on your device (e.g., volume levels, timer settings) remain on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App. Any data collected by Google AdMob is retained according to Google's data retention policies.
We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any user data with third parties. The only third-party service integrated into the App is Google AdMob, which operates independently under Google's own terms and privacy policy as described in Section 2.
All communication between the App and Google's advertising servers is conducted over encrypted HTTPS connections. Since we do not collect or store personal data, there is no centralized database that could be subject to a data breach.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The App is rated for general audiences but the target audience is 18 years and older.

The App is available for download globally. Google AdMob may process data in countries outside your country of residence, including the United States. Google maintains appropriate safeguards for international data transfers as described in their privacy documentation.
